Mexico headed by Mayor Tumang is one of the 14 top performing local government units in the Province of Pampanga with a Highly-Functional Anti-Drug Abuse Council.
The Regional ADAC Performance Award is conferred to local government units with excellent performance in the fight against illegal drugs.
