By order of Mayor Ruding Santos Gonzales, the Municipality of Mexico adopts Memorandum Circular No. 135.
The following arrangements will take effect today, Thursday, September 10, 2026:
– Government offices will operate with a skeletal workforce.
– Public and private schools at all levels shall follow the alternative learning arrangements stated in the memorandum.
– Offices providing health, emergency response, disaster preparedness, and other essential services will remain operational.
– Work arrangements in private companies will be subject to the decision of their respective management.
Please coordinate with your office, school, or institution for specific instructions.
