The Municipality of Mexico and San Luis bags Top Overall Performer Award yesterday at the 2023 SubayBAYANI AWARDS. Both Municipalities demonstrated best monitoring and evaluation practices in monitoring of systems such as subaybayan, RSSA, and RLIP.
