
Blessing and Inauguration of the Mexico Hemo-Dialysis Center (MHDC)
After almost two years of hardwork and perseverance, the new and state of the art Hemo Dialysis Facility of the Town of Mexico has been inaugurated.
The said 24-unit hemodialysis facility has been envisioned under the leadership of the Hon. Teddy C. Tumang together with the Sangguniang Bayan of Mexico, SM Prime Holdings Inc., Department of Health Regional Office III, Philippine Health Insurance Corp., and other public and private partners.
MHDC aims to accommodate and provide dialysis treatment to all the people of Mexico, neighboring cities, municipalities and provinces who are in need of the said treatment.
Hon. Teddy C. Tumang explained to the public that the treatment including the dialyzer to be used during treatment sessions is for free except for the injectible medicine which costs Php 300.00. On the other hand, for non-residents of the town of Mexico, the treatment is for free except for the dialyzer which will only be paid by the patients with 50% discount which amounts to Php 650.00 from its original cost of Php 1,300.00.The non-residents will aslo pay Php 300.00 for the injectible medicine.
The Municipal Government of Mexico extends its gratitude to the People of Mexico for the support that the local government of Mexico has received and to all the public and private institutions who have given their support in establishing the Mexico Hemo-Dialysis Center.
