CLASSES SUSPENSION ADVISORY – SEPTEMBER 19, 2024

Due to the weather advisory from PAGASA forecasting Moderate to Heavy Rains caused by the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), Mayor Rodencio “Ruding” Gonzales has suspended face-to-face classes for all levels in both public and private schools across the Municipality of Mexico on September 19, 2024.

Mayor Ruding is prioritizing everyone’s safety. While face-to-face classes are paused, schools may conduct online classes or other alternative learning methods to ensure that education continues smoothly.

Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) is closely monitoring the situation and is prepared to respond to any emergencies. Your safety is our top priority!
