In behalf of Mexico Community Hospital San Carlos Mexico Pampanga’s Hemodialysis Unit , it is with great honor and pleasure that we witness the signing of this Memorandum of Agreement between the Local Government Unit of Mexico, Pampanga and PANCO Corporation.
