CSFP HRMO pays courtesy visit to Mayor RSG; benchmarks LGU Mexico’s best practices

Mayor Rodencio “Ruding” S. Gonzales received a courtesy visit today at the Office of the Municipal Mayor from Mr. Gian Carlo Angeles, City Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO) of the City Government of San Fernando, Pampanga, accompanied by Municipal HRMO Christopher A. Torres.

The visit aimed to benchmark the Municipality of Mexico’s established process flows and gain updates on the implementation of key GSIS systems, including the Membership Service Profile (MSP), WebMSP, and the Electronic Remittance File (ERF). Discussions also covered the Municipality’s procedures on the enrollment of Mandatory Benefits forms up to remittance.

Mayor Ruding welcomed Mr. Angeles and emphasized the importance of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among local government units to strengthen efficiency, transparency, and employee welfare. The exchange highlighted Mexico’s commitment to streamlined systems and continuous improvement in public service delivery.

The benchmarking visit reflects the Municipality of Mexico’s growing role as a model for effective governance practices, particularly in human resource management and compliance with national government agencies such as GSIS.
