Executive Order No. 23 Series of 2020
In line with the Presidential Proclamations No. 922- Declaring State of Public Health Emergency, No. 929- Declaring State of Calamity in the whole Nation
and Memorandum from the Office of the Executive Secretary- Placing the entirety of Luzon under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), all provisions hereunder must be strictly enforced and complied with, to wit:
A. All mass gatherings (planned or spontaneous) are strictly prohibited;
B. Strict home quarantine must be observed in all households and movements shall be limited to accessing basic necessities and provision for food and basic health services must be regulated;
C. Strict implementation of LIQUOR BAN. Sale, disposal, and delivery of liquor of all brands is strictly prohibited effective this date until the ECQ is lifted.
All uniformed personnel and Barangay officials of the Municipality of Mexico are hereby enjoined to strictly implement this order.
Violators will be apprehended and penalized in accordance with law.
Fail not under penalty.
