Free Spay and Castration of Cats and Dogs

LOOK: The Municipal Government of Mexico under the leadership of Mayor Rodencio S. Gonzales thru the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist lead by Mr. Lauly M. Pineda conducts Free Spay and Castration of cats and dogs.
Said activity is in collaboration with the International Wildlife Coalition Trust (IWCT) lead by its Executive Director, Ms. Suzanne Llanera.
