Happy Grandparents’ Week to all our beloved Lolos and Lolas in the Municipality of Mexico.

March 11 to 18 of every year is declared as Philippine Grandparents’ Week under Proclamation No. 757, s. 1996. In the Philippines, the elderly hold a place of honor and respect for the wisdom, love, and guidance they continue to share with every family and community.

This week, we celebrate the priceless role of our grandparents in shaping our homes, values, and future. Their stories teach us. Their sacrifices inspire us. Their love strengthens generations.

Let us make every moment with them count. Spend time with them. Listen to their stories. Walk with them. Share meals, laughter, and simple memories that will stay in our hearts for life.
