ASSOCIATED HAZARD: FLOODING is still THREATENING.

YELLOW WARNING LEVEL: Nueva Ecija, Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan(Angat, Balagtas, Baliuag, Bocaue, Bulakan, Bustos, Calumpit, Malolos, Meycauayan, San Jose del Monte, Guiguinto, Hagonoy, Marilao, Obando, Pandi, Paombong, Plaridel, Pulilan, San Ildefonso, San Miguel, San Rafael, Santa Maria), Pampanga(Arayat, Candaba, San Luis, Santa Ana, San Simon, Apalit, Magalang, Mexico, San Fernando, Santo Tomas, Minalin, Macabebe, Masantol, Bacolor) and Tarlac(San Manuel, Paniqui, Moncada, Anao, Ramos, Gerona, Pura, Victoria, Tarlac City, La Paz, Concepcion).
ASSOCIATED HAZARD: FLOODING in flood-prone areas.

Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac(Bamban, Capas, Camiling, Mayantoc, San Clemente, San Jose, Santa Ignacia) and Pampanga(Floridablanca, Lubao, Sasmuan, Angeles, Mabalacat, Guagua, Porac, Santa Rita) which may persist within 3 hours.

The public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned are advised to MONITOR the weather condition and watch for the next warning to be issued at 5:00 PM today.
