Hospitality Management students from National University – Fairview, Quezon City visited Atching Lilian Borromeo at Casa Sta. Monica for a meaningful cultural and culinary experience

During the visit, Atching Lilian conducted a live demonstration on how to make the traditional Sanikulas Cookies and Lumpiang Cuaresma, sharing the stories and heritage behind these well-loved Mexicano delicacies.

The activity highlighted the importance of preserving local culture, culinary traditions, and heritage tourism, while giving students a deeper appreciation of Kapampangan identity.
