Due to continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon, government offices and classes at all levels are suspended starting 1:00 PM on July 21, 2025, in the following areas:
Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales, and Bataan.
⛔ Private offices — suspension of work is at the discretion of employers.
