– Visit the Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office for assistance
– Build a family grounded in love and responsibility

REQUIREMENTS FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE
– Appearance of both contracting parties
– Mexico Barangay ID or any valid ID as proof of residency
– Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate
– CENOMAR PSA copy released within 6 months
– Barangay Indigency from the Barangay Captain for financial assistance
– Consent of parents for ages 18 to 20, signature of father, appearance required
– Advice of parents for ages 21 to 25, signatures of father and mother, appearance required
– Pre Marriage Counselling, every Wednesday at 8:30 AM at the Population Office, 1st Floor, New Building

FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS AND DUAL CITIZENS
– Legal Capacity to Marry issued by the concerned Embassy
– CENOMAR PSA copy released within 6 months
