MAYOR RUDING LEADS FINANCIAL AID, HYGIENE KITS DISTRIBUTION TO KIDS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Mayor Ruding Santos Gonzales led the distribution of financial assistance and oral hygiene kits to children with special needs in Mexico, Pampanga.

During the payout activity, 30 beneficiaries received financial aid of up to ₱20,000 each, as part of the local government’s continuing support for their health and daily needs.

Also present at the event was Jonathan Pangan, along with members of the Sangguniang Bayan, showing support for initiatives that promote the welfare of children with special needs.

In addition, a total of 200 children, including those enrolled in day care centers, received oral hygiene kits. According to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), the effort is part of a broader initiative targeting the distribution of 1,500 hygiene kits across various day care centers in the municipality.

The program was spearheaded by the MSWDO under the leadership of Sharmaine Pabustan-Sigua, aiming to further strengthen social services for residents.
The initiative highlights the local government’s continued commitment, under Mayor Gonzales, to provide inclusive support and concrete assistance to children—especially those in the special needs sector.
