Memorandum Circular No. 64

Malacañang has issued Memorandum Circular No. 64, which suspends work in government offices under the Executive Branch on Monday, September 23, 2024, starting at 3:00 p.m. This is to allow their workers to participate in “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day.”
