Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
LOOK: Mayor Teddy Canlas Tumang and Mayor Wang Jinzu of Zhangzou Municipal People’s Government in Fujian, People’s Republic of China lead the Online Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between China (Zhangzhou, Fujian Province) and the Philippines (Mexico, Pampanga) on Jointly Building the “Two Countries, Twin Parks” Project.
Said project endeavors to promote mutual trade, enhance connectivity between the two countries, facilitate cultural exchange, and develop comprehensive and friendly cooperation in the areas of emerging and future technologies, park construction and industrial investment.
The Municipality of Mexico was represented by Mayor Teddy Canlas Tumang, Engr. Jesus Punzalan, Mr. Dax Nathaniel M. Bondoc (Municipal Information Officer), Ms. Rita P. Gotiangco (DILG Officer VI), Atty. Jovy Ann R. Atinaja, Atty. Ariel D. Berato, and Ms. Rizza Arcilla (DTI Administrative Assistant I).
Also present were Mr. Yang Hua Hong (President, YATAI Industrial Park Inc./Chairman, Federation of Filipino-Chinese Association of the Philippines), Mr. Aedy T. Yang (Chief Executive Officer, YATAI Industrial Park Inc.) Mr. Scott So (Executive Assistant to the President, YATAI Industrial Park Inc.), Mr. Cai Hong Yu (Secretary General, Federation of Filipino-Chinese Association of the Philippines) and Ms. Diane P. Hsu (Interpreter).
