MEXICO HONORS SINUKWAN 2025 WINNERS WITH CASH INCENTIVES LED BY MAYOR RUDING GONZALES

Mayor Ruding Santos Gonzales personally awarded monetary incentives today, April 8, to outstanding Mexicanos who brought pride and honor to the Municipality of Mexico through their achievements in the 2025 Sinukwan Festival.
Among those who received incentives were Shantal Sarmiento of Barangay San Antonio, Prinsesita Malagu 1st Runner Up; Chellsea De Guzman of Barangay San Jose Malino, Lakambini ning Sinukwan Matimtiman 2025 2nd Runner Up; and Barangay Santo Rosario’s pride James Matthew Sun, crowned Lakan Ning Sinukwan 2025, together with Kathleen Joy Rivera, recognized as Lakambini ning Sinukwan Mahinhin 3rd Runner Up.
Also recognized was Don Jesus Gonzales High School of Barangay Pandacaqui for winning 1st Place in the 2025 Sinukwan Festival Street Dance Competition.
Joining the awarding ceremony were Municipal Administrator Engr. Mark Nestor S. Pineda, Executive Assistant lll Leonila Franco, and the Municipal Arts, Culture and Tourism Office led by Michael Angelo Panlilio.
These incentives were made possible through the support of the Local Government of Mexico, under the leadership of Mayor Ruding Gonzales, in partnership with the Sangguniang Bayan led by Vice-Mayor Doc Pangan.
