MEXICO LGU EARNS PRIME HRM ACCREDITATION UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF MAYOR RUDING GONZALES

Mexico secured its PRIME HRM Accreditation from the Civil Service Comission at SMX Convention Center Clark. Mayor Ruding Santos Gonzales and HRMO Christopher Torres received the plaque on behalf of the municipality.

The award shows the strength of Mexico’s system in recruitment, selection, placement and performance management. The CSC recognition confirms that the LGU follows clear, organized and transparent standards.

Mayor Ruding pushed these reforms to build a work culture based on efficiency, integrity and service excellence. His administration raised internal processe to meet national expectations.

The milestone adds to the growing achievements of Mayor Ruding and the LGU as they work to deliver better public service to all Mexicanos.
