Public Assistance Desks are stationed in key areas, including NLEX Petron Lakeshore, through the DOTR-LTO Oplan Byaheng Ayos! Oplan Semana Santa and Summer Vacation 2026 Public Assistance Desk, along with the Pampanga Police Provincial Office and Mexico Municipal Police Station Public Assistance Desk.
Working hand in hand with the Mexico Mps led by PLTCOL Julius A. Javier, Mexico MDRRMO Pampanga led by Victor M. Sundiang, and Mexico Fire Station BFP R3 led by FSInsp Avelino B. Valdez Jr., the municipality stays alert and ready to assist every resident, motorist, and traveler.
