A. WEATHER CONDITION – Light to occasionally moderate rainfall – SOURCE: MDRRMO

B. FLOODING SITUATION – Cases of flooding were reported in these barangays:
– Brgy. Sto. Cristo Sitio Hiway, Sitio Tower Patdu, Sitio Looban, Sitio Looban – 2-3 ft
– Brgy.Lagundi Sitio Tramo – 3-4 ft
– Brgy. San Jose Matulid Purok 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 – 1-3 ft
– Brgy. Laug Purok 1,2,3, and 4 – 1-3 ft

– Brgy. San Antonio – 1-2 ft
– Brgy. Laput – 1-2 ft

E. STATUS OF LIFELINES
I. STATUS OF ROADS AND BRIDGES – All roads, bridges, and major thoroughfares are passable to all types of vehicles.

II. STATUS OF POWER SOURCE – No case of power interruption was reported

III. EVACUATION – A total of 30 families and 119 individuals from Barangay Lagundi Sitio Tramo and Vista Roma have been evacuated from their houses to the Mini Convention Center.

IV. ASSISTANCE PROVIDED
– July 22, 2025, a total of 30 evacuees were accommodated at the Mini Convention Center due to continuous heavy rains. The Local Government Unit of Mexico, Pampanga, under the leadership of Mayor Rodencio “Ruding” Gonzales, provided food packs, hygiene kits, and sleeping kits as part of its immediate response efforts.

V. COST OF DAMAGES
As of 5 PM, July 22, 2025, a total of 5 barangays reported damage due to continuous heavy rains, affecting 54 farmers with crops in the newly planted, vegetative, and reproductive stages. An estimated 125 hectares of agricultural land were affected, with a total value of damage amounting to Php 2,580,947.00. Assessment is on-going.

VI. OTHER INCIDENTS/ACTIVITIES Monitored –
– Lagundi – On July 21, 2025 at 1800H, damage to a bridge in Brgy. Lagundi was reported due to heavy rainfall. An initial assessment was conducted from 1800H to 0800H, led by the Local Chief Executive (LCE) and the Municipal Administrator. No casualties or injuries were reported. As of 1600H, July 22, 2025, desilting operations are ongoing.

– Dolores-Piring – On July 20, 2025, from 08:00 to 08:30 AM, an initial assessment was conducted in Dolores-Piring with barangay officials following reports of fallen branches. No hazards were identified, and the area was fully cleared by 09:00 AM.

– San Jose–Matulid – On July 20, 2025, between 8:00 and 8:30 AM, an initial assessment was conducted in San Jose–Matulid for an uprooted tree, in coordination with barangay officials. Clearing operations started at 9:00 AM, and the site was fully cleared and declared safe by 11:00 AM. No casualties or property damage were reported.
