NEW BARANGAY CAPTAIN OF SAN CARLOS TAKES OATH

Mayor Ruding Santos Gonzales officiated the oath-taking of Barangay Councilor Jose V. Bulaon as the new Barangay Captain of San Carlos on August 4, 2025.
Bulaon, formerly the first councilor, assumed the role following the resignation of Captain Reden Bucad. His succession follows existing barangay governance protocols.
Present during the ceremony were Municipal Administrator Engr. Nestor Pineda, MLGOO Consesa Novio, members of the San Carlos Barangay Council, and the family of Captain Bulaon.
The Municipal Government of Mexico reaffirms its support for orderly leadership transitions to ensure continued service delivery to the people.
