Our representatives from the Municipality of Mexico Pampanga showcased their culinary talent at the 𝐊𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠-𝐊𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧: 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, one of the highlight events of the Sinukwan Festival, held last November 18, 2025 at the Santungan Ning Kulturang Kapampangan.
This year’s challenge was to create an heirloom or original heirloom lumpia dish, celebrating the richness and creativity of Kapampangan cuisine.

Team 1, represented by Lourdes Quioc and Joy Rivera, and Team 2, represented by James Vincent V. Lugue and Dorothy Joy E. Maglaqui, proudly carried the name of Mexico through their unique interpretations of this beloved dish.
