Under Memorandum Circular No. 134, all public and private schools in Pampanga shall implement alternative learning modes on September 4, 2026, due to continued heavy rainfall brought by Habagat.

Mayor Ruding instructs all public and private schools in the Municipality of Mexico to follow this announcement and implement appropriate alternative learning arrangements.
