“TAPAT KO, LINIS KO”

Under the leadership of Mayor Ruding Santos Gonzales, the Municipality of Mexico issued an Executive Order establishing the program “Tapat Ko, Linis Ko” in support of the effective implementation of Municipal Ordinance No. 035-2017, otherwise known as the “Anti-Littering Ordinance” of the Municipality of Mexico.
“Tapat Ko, Linis Ko” Program seeks to instill discipline, civic responsibility, and environmental consciousness among all sectors of the community by promoting the practice of maintaining cleanliness within one’s immediate surroundings
Section 5.2 of the said Ordinance mandates that the owners, residents, lessees, or occupants of residential houses, vacant lots, and commercial establishments shall maintain cleanliness in front of their premises and ensure that no litter is thrown or allowed to accumulate.
