Third Quarter Social Pension Payout for Senior Citizens in Mexico

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐨

Senior citizens in Mexico received PHP 3,000 each through the Third Quarter Social Pension for Senior Citizens program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). This program continues to provide much-needed support to the elderly.

Mayor Ruding Santos Gonzales personally led the payout and expressed his gratitude to the DSWD Regional Field Office 3, headed by Derrik Z. Santos, Administrative Assistant III for Social Pension, for ensuring the funding of this important program.

Present at the event were Municipal Administrator Engr. Mark Nestor Pineda, MSWD Officer Sharmaine Anne Pabustan-Sigua, Acting Municipal Treasurer Rona Bianca Sarmiento, and Councilors Ludet Sicat, Engr. Tristar Sotto, Ar. Ariel Bonus, and Vince Ballajadia.

The initiative reaffirms the commitment of the Municipality of Mexico to care for its senior citizens, honoring their contributions and ensuring they are given the support they deserve.
