Tune Matenakang anak ning Mexico

The Municipal Government of Mexico would like to extend its greetings and felicitations to Engr. Joshua Jake Bingcang, Acting President and Chief Executive Officer, Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and former Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) President.

Engr. Bingcang is from Barangay Pandacaqui, Mexico and is the son of the former Municipal Councilor of the town, Hon. Alfredo M. Bingcang who served the municipal government from 1988- 1992.
